The fight we pick
The other side never shows up alone.
Trucking companies, employers, and insurance carriers bring adjusters, investigators,
and lawyers to every claim — and they start the moment something happens. Most people
bring a phone and a bad week. We exist to even that up: straight answers about how
these fights actually work, and a corner that doesn't flinch.
Three rounds
Round 1 — Know where you stand What the other side is doing right now, what deadlines are running, and what not to sign. The basics, in plain language, before anything else.
Round 2 — Protect the record Evidence, dates, medical records, paper trail. Fights like these are won by what got preserved in week one, not what got argued in month nine.
Round 3 — Bring the muscle When it's time for real firepower, you'll want the right people in your corner. That part of ours is being built — and it's coming soon.
Straight answers
Do I have to talk to the other side's insurance company? Generally, no — you're not obligated to give the other side's insurer a recorded statement. Anything you say to them is material they can use. Should I take the first offer? The first offer is an opening bid, usually made before the full cost of what happened is known. Accepting typically closes the claim for good. What does any of this cost? Reading this site costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It's information, not a contract — and not legal advice. Who is behind this? A team that's spent years building tools and sites for the people insurers bet against. The full corner crew gets announced here soon. Don't get worked. Get even. The bell's about to ring. Check back — or come swinging.
